Can you believe it? My little tiny baby is not a tiny baby anymore, hes 6 months old!! He weighs 18 lbs and 4 ozs and has the cutest belly and thighs to show for it.
He got his first cold this past week. He had a gastro bug first and then started sniffling and that turned into a bad cold so we headed to the doc. It turned out that he was starting to get an ear infection too but we caught it before it got bad (thank God for mommy instincts). So he is on Amoxicillin and beginning to feel much much better. He was not sleeping well at night bc he couldnt breathe through his little nose so mommy and daddy were TIRED. Fortunately for Will (and his parents) he has a wonderful Bess who loves him so much she spent the night Thursday night and cuddled him all night long. He slept 100x better last night. I was worried all the extra TLC might be starting bad habits but it doesnt look like it.
Will heres your 6 month update:
-You are officially a sitter trying to become a crawler. You rarely topple over now and if you do you just start trying to crawl.
-You still love to chew on EVERYTHING including the mail.
-You had your first trip away at the grandparents while mom and dad went skiing. They said you did so good!! Mom missed you so much though!
-Im beginning to think you are going to be a little ham, you love attention and anyone that will watch you show off.
-You love to try to drink from your sippy cup but havent figured out you have to tilt it to make the water come out.
-We go for your 6 month checkup on April 15 we had to cancel while you were sick so we will see how tall you are then!!
-You have the most beautiful blue eyes, just like your daddys, and mommy thinks you are so very handsome, she has a bit of a crush on you.
By the way I wrote this a week before Easter but didnt post it til now so here are some Easter pictures too!
